Typographic - Idea Generation
Choose one topic from each category and design three typographic images. It must contain a maximum of three colors, three different methods, your interpretation.
Category A: The Everyday
A phrase that people use in general conversations that you find either irritating or nonsensical.
Category B: Political

Facade - Materiality And Potentiality
Use white and translucent paper only to create a surface that encapsulates, disguises, redefines, surpress', conceals or enhances a part of the body. A model or mannequin is required and the piece must be able to be worn so consider flexibility, layers and techniques. The paper can be twisted, folded, weaved, layered, sewn, rolled, etc.
Invisible space - Daydreams And Designs
Build a small scale model of an imaginary space from reusable materials. it must be a "dream" or "nightmare" space that captures the essence of an idea or imagination. It can be based off of history, fantasy, culture, memories; it could be a utopian or dystopian space (or both). The space could be a threshold for rituals, rites or ceremonies (invented or real).
Sequential Storytelling
Choose one ethical topic that you are attached to in some way and communicate a meaning or message. use contemporary values to convey your message, these could be individual, relational or social values. Think about a 'sequence', 'series', 'narrative'.
